Add Your Program to Your QUALITYstarsNY Participation Page

1. Log into your QUALITYstarsNY account  (consult this guide if you have any questions about creating your account or logging into your QUALITYstarsNY portal).

2. If your program is not listed on your Participation Page, click “Register Program”

3. A pop-up appears to inform you that only a Leader/Administrator should register a program, if you fit that description, click “Continue”

4. Click “+License/Accreditation"

5. Select the type of license or regulator for your program

6. Click “Click to Validate"

7. Check to make sure the program information displayed is correct

8. Click “Save"

9. A pop-up appears to ask if you would like to enter another license. If you have more licenses, permit or other regulators, including Head Start, to enter, click “Yes” otherwise click “No”

10. Once you have entered all regulators click “Continue”

11. A pop-up appears if you are eligible to participate in QUALITYstarsNY. If you would like to continue with the rating application immediately, click “Yes” and follow the instructions here. If not click “No"

Your program is now registered on the QUALITYstarsNY Participation page.
