Once you've created an account and added your program to your QUALITYstarsNY Participation page, you can now access the application for your program.
1. Login on qualitystarsny.org to access your QUALITYstarsNY Participation page.
2. Click the three dots to the right of the program you want to apply for to open a dropdown menu and select "Apply for QUALITYstarsNY".
