The evidence vault is a helpful feature where you can save files that you will be submitting as evidence in your Standards Inventory. When completing your Standards Inventory, you will have the option to either upload a file from your computer or choose one of the documents you have already saved to your document vault.
Please follow these steps to upload documents and evidence to your program's document vault:
1. Login on qualitystarsny.org to access your QUALITYstarsNY Participation page.
2. Click the menu button to the right of the program you want to upload documents
3. Click “View Aspire Profile”
4. Click the "Document Vault"
5. Click “Manage”
6. Click “+File”
7. Click “+Find Files”
8. Select the file you would like to upload
9. Click “Save”
10. A pop-up appears to inform you that the documents were successfully uploaded, click “OK”
