By default, the administrator/owner of your Organization Profile in The Aspire Registry will be the primary contact for all communications from QUALITYstarsNY. If your program has a site-level leader who will be the primary person working with your Quality Improvement Specialist and is different from your Aspire Organization Profile Administrator, you can add that person's contact information to your QUALITYstarsNY Profile. This will ensure that the site-level contact is receiving all the important updates from QUALITYstarsNY regarding their participation and any upcoming deadlines related to the rating process.
Please follow these steps to add or update a site-level contact who is different from the Aspire Organization Profile administrator/owner.
1. Log in on qualitystarsny.org.
2. On your QUALITYstarsNY Participation Page, click the three dots to the right of your program and select "View QUALITYstarsNY Profile".
2. Review your program's contact information, to edit click the edit button located under your program's information.
4. Edit the information as necessary
5. Click "Save"
All changes should appear immediately on the contact information on your QUALITYstarsNY Profile.
