Follow these steps to access, complete, and submit your Standards Inventory.
1. Log in on qualitystarsny.org
2. On your QUALITYstarsNY Participation Page, click the three dots to the right of your program and select "View QUALITYstarsNY Profile".
3. On your program’s QUALITYstarsNY Profile, click “Standards Inventory” to begin entering indicators
4. Click “Review” to the right of the Learning Environment section.
(Note: You do not need to complete these sections in order. You can begin and end in the sections of your choice.)
5. Fill out the Standard
a. To view the Standard's relevant data, click the “Supportive Data” button
6. Complete the Standard
a. To upload the required documentation, click “Choose Existing File” or “+ File”
b. “Choose Existing File” allows you to upload documents that you have in your Document Vault, on your program profile. “+File” allows you to upload documents from your computer.
7. Continue with all Standards until you reach the end of this section
8. Click “Save”
9. A pop-up appears to ask if you want to continue working on the Learning Environment section of the Standards, click “No”
10. Now you will be returned to the Standards Inventory sections screen. If you have completed all the Standards in a section, it will say complete to the right of the category name.
11. Follow these same steps to complete each of the remaining Standards categories.
12. When you have completed all your indicators and are ready to submit your Standards Inventory, click “Submit for Rating”.
(REMINDER: Review your Qualifications & Experience report in your QUALITYstarsNY Profile BEFORE submitting. All errors in your Q&E Report must be resolved before you submit your Standards Inventory for rating.) 
13. A pop-up appears to confirm you want to submit your indicators for rating, if you select "Yes", you will no longer be able to edit the indicators. If you are sure you want to submit, click “Yes”
14. Another pop-up appears to inform you that your indicators were successfully submitted for rating, click “OK”
You have successfully submitted your Standards Inventory for rating and will receive an email from support@qualitystarsny.org confirming your submission. Your program’s Rating Cycle Status should now be “Standards Inventory Submitted”.
