1. Log into your QUALITYstarsNY Participation Page and navigate to your Program Profile.
2. Click the “Standards Inventory” button on the right side.
3. The Standards Inventory page loads, each section that has incomplete indicators will be labeled "Incomplete"
4. Click “Review” to the right of an incomplete section
5. Click “Choosing Existing File” to upload a document from your program’s document vault, or “+File” to upload a document from your computer
6. A pop-up appears to confirm you want to save the document to the indicator, click “OK”
7. Once you have completed the section click “Save”
8. A pop-up appears to inform you that the section will be saved or would you like to continue working on it, click “No”
9. Continue this process with each section until all incomplete sections are marked “Complete”
10. Once you have completed all the indicators, click “Submit for Rating”
11. A pop-up appears to confirm you want to submit the indicators for rating, click “Yes”
12. Another pop-up appears to inform you that your indicators were successfully submitted, click “OK”
You have now completed the process and your program’s status will be Standards Inventory Resubmitted. You will be contacted with next steps after the re-submitted indicators have been reviewed.
